Nano-Organic Coatings Improve Early Vigor of Brassica napus L. Seeds in Water Deficit

Low emergence and vigor of canola seeds are common problems encountered by growers. Seed coating is a good way to solve this problem. The objective study was find the best combination nano-organic be used as for strengthening absorption water seed low canola. treatments in first experiment included six levels organic coatings: 20% vermicompost with 80% bentonite, 30% 70% 40% 60% residues resides bentonite. results indicated that had highest moisture under saturation conditions kept longer time. Subsequently, factors second three stress (100, 75, 50% field capacity (FC)), (control, vermicompost, residues), titanium dioxide nanoparticles (0, 0.5, 1 mM). showed improved percentage seedling traits while increasing superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase activities decreasing electrolyte leakage. ratios (74.67), index (264.58), leaf area (418) were obtained at level nano-titanium (1 rates dismutase (53.44), peroxidase (30.68), (5.35), chlorophyll content (51.05), lowest leakage (42.39) observed Based on results, we suggest use rapeseed nano oxide coating. current coatings useful reducing stresses germination stages.
